At Angoogletrend, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your backpack, please review the following refund and exchange policy to understand your options.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The backpack is in its original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) is provided.
Refund Process
- Contact our customer service team at service@angoogletrend.com to initiate the refund request. Please include your order number, the reason for the refund, and clear photos of the product (if applicable).
- Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours to confirm receipt of your request and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
- Package the product securely, clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package, and send it to our warehouse address: Guangdong Tianshi Clothing Co., Ltd., No.14-5, Building A3-1, Renewable Resources Demonstration Base, East of Dugeyan Reservoir, Shijiao Town, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, China.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 5-7 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and the processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, typically taking 3-10 business days.
Exchange Policy
We do offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Exchanges are available for the following reasons:
- You received a product of the wrong size or color.
- You wish to exchange for a different model (subject to availability).
How to Exchange
- Send an email to service@angoogletrend.com with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the details of the desired exchange (e.g., size, color, model).
- Our customer service team will check the availability of the desired item and provide you with an exchange authorization (EA) number if the exchange is possible.
- Return the original item to our warehouse following the same packaging and shipping instructions as for refunds, with the EA number clearly marked.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will ship the exchanged item to you. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and we will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item to you, unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., sending the wrong item).
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a backpack that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at service@angoogletrend.com within 7 days of receiving the product, including your order number and clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
- Our team will assess the issue. If the damage or defect is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Send a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
- Provide a full refund, including any shipping fees paid.
- Arrange for a repair (if applicable and feasible).
- Depending on the situation, we may request the return of the damaged or defective item, and we will cover all return shipping costs in such cases.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Backpacks that have been used, damaged by improper use, or altered.
- Items without the original tags or packaging.
- Customized or personalized backpacks (unless they are defective due to manufacturing errors).
